We are looking for

A true sales professional with a solid track record of meeting and exceeding targets. As a Senior Account Executive you will manage the end-to-end sales process towards mid-market & enterprise brands & agencies. Your ambition is through the roof and besides continuously hitting target you’re motivated by supporting the people around you and helping us build an awesome company. 

Task

  • Manage the end to end sales process
  • Build and maintain strong pipeline
  • Become a market expert and understand the dynamics of the influencer marketing space
  • Consultative and professional approach to ensure strong relationships with prospects
  • Understand and convey feedback from the market and prospects to relevant stakeholders at Woomio i.e product feedback, competitor feedback etc. 
  • Exceptional data discipline in CRM and other relevant systems
  • Help build and define the sales strategy and sales organisation


Experience and skills

  • +5 years of experience in sales, consistently meeting or exceeding target
  • Experience in selling to senior stakeholders (C-suite and decision makers) in complex organisations
  • Expert in managing complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Ability to comprehend complex customer needs and present solutions to meet their needs and requirements
  • Strong understanding of own performance and the ability to use data and insights to optimise performance
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Problem solver with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast paced environment
