We are looking for
A sales leader professional with a solid track record of leading and motivating high performance sales teams. You're obviously used to reaching and exceeding your team targets, with a strong winning mentality, but 100% integrity. As a Sales Manager you will be in charge of managing our sales team by developing individual performance plans, 121 pipeline & deal reviews and constantly striving towards high performance in all aspects of the go to market process. We're a datadriven business, so you will also be tasked with tracking sales activity, meeting activity, conversion rates, quota attainment etc. You will continuously coach and develop the skills of the team to ensure we're always building the worlds best sales organisation. Your ambition is through the roof and besides continuously hitting target you’re motivated by supporting and developing the people around you and helping us build an awesome company.
Leading, inspiring and motivating our sales team
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Tracking sales goals and reporting results to senior management
Ongoing training and coaching of the sales team
Set monthly and quarterly OKR's with your team and track progress
Ongoing recruitment of new sales talent
Become a market expert and understand the dynamics of the influencer marketing space
Exceptional data discipline in CRM and other relevant systems
Experience and skills
+5 years of experience in sales (Preferably in SaaS)
2-3 years of experience with leading a sales team
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
Experience in customer relationship management
Problem solver with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast paced environment
Driven and self motivated
Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills
