Our platform provides a central-point from which brands and agencies can execute on all their influencer campaigns. To help facilitate this we have built a platform to enable marketers and agencies excel at Influencer marketing by providing the tools necessary to discover influencers, manage campaigns, predict impact and measure ROI.
We are looking for
An experienced marketing profile with experience managing influencer campaigns either working for a brand or an agency. As Enablement Service Specialist you will help the Woomio partners on their journey towards working inhouse with influencer marketing or scaling up their efforts. During their journey, you will assist them in their strategy and help ends meet in all of their influencer marketing matters while securing documentation and best practice. This also includes facilitating campaign management for the customer in their transition period.
You will be their go-to person and extended arm when executing campaigns and growing the foundation for their long term sustainable influencer activities.
Your ambition is to become an influencer marketing expert and you care about contributing to improving the standards within the influencer marketing space. You are motivated by supporting the people around you, your customers and in helping us build an awesome company.
You will be responsible for a varying portfolio of brands that have different needs depending on where they are in their IM journey and their Woomio roadmap.
You will be responsible for the customers' Woomio transition in collaboration with our Customer Success team and head of Enablement Services. You will be monitoring the customers progress and needs to assess if their roadmap is on point and in alignment with their Influencer Marketing strategy.
You will have a consultative and professional approach to ensure strong relationships with customers to secure their transition is running smoothly.
You will secure exceptional data discipline in the customers Woomio account and that all processes are documented and delivered to the customer in their IM playbook.
Preferably 2+ years of experience with Influencer campaign management
