We have built Woomio to help great brands and agencies become great at Influencer Marketing. Our platform provides a central-point from which brands and agencies can execute on all their influencer campaigns. To help facilitate this we have built a platform to enable marketers and agencies to excel at Influencer marketing by providing the tools necessary to discover influencers, manage campaigns, predict impact and measure ROI.
We are looking for
An experienced leader in the SaaS Sales and/or Marketing field. Preferably, 2+ years of experience from a similar role.
You understand the role of a Business Development Representative (BDR). Moreover, you are an effective coach & people manager, who enables talent to grow and be their best selves at work. You are highly data driven, analytical and structured.
The ideal candidate is a person who believes in empowering its people and gets a thrill out of seeing people develop personally as well as professionally.
You will assist in hiring, onboarding and training our BDRs
You will manage work processes within your team to maximise effectiveness
You will be responsible for making sure that the BDR team delivers qualified meetings to the Account Executive (AE) team
Your focus is on continuously improving the BDR team, keeping open feedback channels across the entire lead generation chain, developing capabilities and managing against challenging targets
