Martijn Plessers
Chief Sales Officer – SalesMartijn Plessers is Woomio’s CSO, as well as husband & father of 2 sons Mattia, and Julien, living in Belgium. He loves Italian food so much that he ended up finding an Italian wife, Michela Ginevro.
Martijn has been around in Saas sales for vast years where the lastest years were spent building out the commercial department. Starting as an AE as employee #15, he experienced firsthand what it is to scale a startup from 15 to 150 people and ended up being the CCO as part of the Executive team. Quite a rollercoaster!
His leadership style is characterized by a strong drive & work ethic with a focus on getting things done combined with strong interpersonal skills. Martijn believes that every sales leadership key goal is to coach people to become better sales faster.
Fun Fact. Martijn is always in for a party even though he needs some time to get warmed up (aka. have some beers)
